Summary
Join ActBlue as a Senior Product Manager and own our network-driven fundraising features, encompassing peer-to-peer and relational fundraising experiences. You will work cross-functionally to create data-informed tools empowering fundraisers. Your contributions will directly influence ActBlue's platform growth, efficiency, and engagement. Responsibilities include owning product vision and roadmap, building and improving fundraising tools, optimizing product experiences, and collaborating across teams. Success is measured by increased revenue and engagement, higher donor participation, and greater adoption of ActBlue's tools. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product management experience, a proven track record of building end-user experiences, and a passion for outcome-driven product development. This is a full-time, remote, salaried position with excellent benefits.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on engagement, growth, or two-sided platforms
- Proven track record of building end-user experiences that drive retention and revenue
- Familiarity with community-led growth, creator or crowdfunding ecosystems, or supporter-to-fundraiser product dynamics
- A product mindset grounded in discovery, experimentation, and continuous improvement
- Passion for outcome-driven product development
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, roadmap, and execution for ActBlue's network-driven fundraising tools
- Build and improve invite flows, referral mechanics, supporter activation, social proof, and network engagement tools
- Optimize product experiences to deepen supporter participation and maximize fundraising success on ActBlue
- Balance innovation and retention to drive sustained growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally across product, design, engineering, marketing, outreach, legal, finance, and customer support to deliver end-to-end value
- Define, measure, and manage success through experiments and metrics
- Translate user needs and organizational goals into well-scoped, high-impact product solutions
- Act as the connective tissue between product development and go-to-market execution
- Champion product strategy across the organization to keep everyone aligned and energized
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of relevant key unit economics including (average gift size, donor lifetime value, donor retention rate, etc.) or strong adjacent fluency in CAC, LTV, churn, and viral growth metrics from marketplaces or growth-stage platforms
- Are passionate about building software that grows through relationship
- Have built intuitive, engaging end-user experiences that drive measurable results—increasing revenue, engagement, and long-term retention
- Love solving messy growth problems, driving innovation without sacrificing retention, and working on the connective tissue between user value and organizational success
- Have built for fundraisers, creators, or communities where demand-side supporters financially enable supply-side efforts
- Your product bets reflect a clear understanding of customer behavior, platform growth mechanics, and business value
- Think in outcomes, not just outputs. You focus on the impact your work delivers—for users, for ActBlue, and for the broader ecosystem you're helping to shape
