Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Actian’s Cloud Product Team as a visionary product manager to increase adoption of cloud-based products. Collaborate with design, engineering, and other product teams to build product vision and drive execution across different regions. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, building solutions, and working with stakeholders. This is a remote role based in the USA. Product Managers are responsible for developing product vision, strategy, and roadmap, leading teams, and tracking progress. Actian values data-informed decisions and customer delight.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the software industry
• Solid understanding of data products and data contracts
• Experience capturing and analyzing requirements (internal and external) including data points
• Worked in a multicultural and diverse environment
• Experience working with development teams on scalable, cloud-based SaaS solutions hosted on major cloud providers
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Develop a product vision, strategy, roadmap, and plan for execution based on data-informed decisions
• Lead an inclusive, collaborative, and inspiring team
• Understand our customers’ needs and working with them to bring solutions to market
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
• Track and manage progress, risks, and dependencies of product deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

Deep domain expertise in data management, including understanding of key user personas and use cases
