Summary
Join airSlate's pdfFiller team as a Product Manager to lead the mobile product experience. You will define and manage the product roadmap, lead strategic initiatives, conduct user research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, 2+ years building mobile apps (ideally for SaaS products), and a strong understanding of user acquisition and retention metrics. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- 2+ years of proven success building and improving mobile apps (ideally for SaaS products)
- Strong grasp of user acquisition, activation, and retention metrics
- Experience with backlog management, prioritization frameworks, and roadmap planning
- Comfortable running A/B tests and data-driven product development
- Skilled in conducting user research and customer interviews
- Deep understanding of product funnels and SaaS KPIs
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management
- High level of ownership and a track record of delivering impact
- English proficiency (B2+)
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog, aligned with broader airSlate goals
- Lead strategic and tactical initiatives to achieve product OKRs
- Drive hypothesis generation, A/B testing, and post-launch analysis
- Conduct user interviews and leverage feedback to improve product UX
- Partner closely with analytics to monitor and optimize funnel performance
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, support, marketing, and leadership teams
- Participate actively in planning, grooming, and strategy sessions
