Senior Product Manager

Summary

Requirements

• 4+ years in product management, ideally in B2B product company, either Ukrainian or international (SaaS, Marketplace, or other IT B2B products)
• Strong expertise in product discovery and delivery, including conducting interviews, gathering insights, prioritizing, etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
• Demonstrated ability to tackle complex challenges with a creative and analytical mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs
• Conduct interviews, gather insights, and prioritize features based on user needs
• Implement a product-led approach, leveraging the latest product management methodologies
• Stay ahead of trends in affiliate marketing, iGaming, and related industries
• Bridge the gap between business, engineering, and design teams to ensure seamless execution
• Define success metrics, analyze performance, and continuously improve the product based on data
