Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a passionate Senior Product Manager to create and manage product roadmaps, work cross-functionally to ensure customer and stakeholder needs are met, and drive an efficient R&D process. Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical major is preferred
• 5-8 years of enterprise SaaS experience in a Product role
• Experience working with large enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders and complex requirements
• Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills
• Possesses a user-centric mindset
• Experience working with data science stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute on the Product roadmap for a specific functional area within the Arkestro Platform
• Engage with customers, prospects, and suppliers to understand their needs and translate them into compelling solutions
• Work closely with Data/Engineering to drive an efficient R&D process, from leading scrums to coordinating product releases
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to ensure that we maximize the product's impact on both customers and our business
• Identify areas where we can increase efficiency or drive cost savings for customers, by providing recommended next steps based on real-time customer data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth startup environment
• Experience with workflow optimization, process automation, or recommender systems is a plus
• Experience defining and implementing Product Led Growth strategies
