• Domain Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Data Quality or Analytics
• Good communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally
• Strategic thinking: Experience in developing and executing strategic plans for data quality initiatives
• Experience working with design and engineering teams: Collaborative mindset with a proven track record of working cross-functionally with design and engineering teams
• Experience working in data analytics: Strong understanding of data analytics principles and practices
• Good at research: Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis to inform data quality strategies and decisions

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our customers to understand their data quality challenges and requirements, ensuring Atlan's solutions meet their needs effectively
• Partner with Data Governance teams to align data quality initiatives with overall data strategy and governance framework
• Define and enhance metadata standards related to data quality, ensuring accurate and consistent data across all Atlan products
• Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality strategy for Atlan, driving improvements and innovation in data quality management
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle for data quality initiatives, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Create and maintain a product roadmap for data quality, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and business objectives
• Conduct market research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities
