Requirements

Responsibilities

• Launch complex Software features, some of which will unlock new revenue streams
• Make data driven product decisions, using a mix of CSAT, product telemetry, and sales/marketing data
• Monitor software quality and review customer satisfaction for products at scale (100K to 1M users)
• Work hand-in-hand with UX teams to deliver thoughtfully crafted and lovely user experiences
• Mentor and guide your PM peers to continually improve their skills
