Senior Product Manager

Summary

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management
• Proven experience in improving customer experience and satisfaction
• At least 2 years of experience with B2B corporate products
• Demonstrated success in managing products that involved partnerships with other organizations
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Drive product discovery initiatives to identify and validate new opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design teams, and others to ensure efficient product delivery
• Manage key stakeholders and aligning product strategies across departments
• Work alongside product marketing, customer support, operations, and legal to optimize product success

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience tackling technical challenges that required fast learning and deep dives
• Ability to break historical processes to enhance customer experience
• Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish
