Summary

The job is for a CS Bot Management role at Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem. Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• Must have product design experience in CS bot
• Good communication skills with multiple stakeholders
• Strong data analysis and user insight skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall planning, design, delivery, and promotion of CS bot management platform (knowledge base, chat flow, ticket center, etc.)
• Use big data and AI to improve the working efficiency of CS operations including corpus training, SOP design, assistant reply, and case summary, etc
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX design, and CS operations team to achieve product objectives
• Review CS bot KPI and user cases regularly and find valuable insights to guide product improvements
