Requirements
- Product management experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS context, in a startup and scale-up
- Proven success in identifying market opportunities, understanding diverse user personas
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle for SaaS offerings, including strategic planning, development, and effective Go-to-Market implementation in partnership with sales and marketing
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and persuasive communication, capable of driving alignment across all levels
- At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic product roadmap for the calendar experience, ensuring it becomes a core proposition for multi-staffer salons
- Lead continuous discovery efforts (e.g., in-depth user research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking) to deeply understand the needs, workflows, and pain points of our diverse target segments
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies that drive adoption and maximize the business impact of new calendar features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
- Analyze user behavior (qualitative and quantitative data) to identify opportunities for improving the consumer journey
