Summary

Join Booksy's Monetization Team as a Senior Product Manager and play a critical role in shaping revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and sales. Define success metrics, track performance, and identify areas for improvement. This fully remote position requires strong product instincts, commercial acumen, and experience delivering outcomes through collaboration. The role demands a structured thinker who can balance long-term vision with short-term execution. Requirements

  • Product management experience, ideally in SaaS, marketplaces, or B2B2C platforms
  • Proven success in identifying and delivering monetization opportunities that drive measurable business impact
  • Strong product discovery skills—experienced in structuring experiments, conducting user research, and validating assumptions
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions
  • At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a clear product strategy to scale monetization across markets—aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and provider maturity levels
  • Surface untapped monetization opportunities and optimize existing revenue streams through structured discovery, experimentation, and analysis
  • Embed agile principles in day-to-day execution—facilitating iterative delivery, continuous feedback loops, and cross-functional collaboration across product squads
  • Use data, research, and testing to ensure monetization ideas align with provider needs, drive adoption, and create measurable business impact
  • Define success metrics, track post-launch performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and scale
  • Work closely with Product, Commercial, and Executive stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, goals, and dependencies across the organization
