Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join HubSpot as a Senior Product Manager and lead the development of the company's first multi-account management solution. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of how scaled businesses operate on the HubSpot platform, focusing on delivering foundational solutions that empower upmarket customers. This role requires a strategic mindset, proven experience in building platform-level products in SaaS, particularly in the upmarket space, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You will create a shared vision and roadmap, drive alignment, guide new product ideas from concept to launch, and use data to improve customer experience. The position offers the opportunity to work in a product-led culture that prioritizes customer needs and provides clear career paths. This is a remote role, ideally located in the EST time zone.

Requirements

• Experience in organizational setup and management within SaaS, especially for upmarket or enterprise customers
• Proven experience building platform-level products with a long-term strategic vision, while delivering iterative value and measurable impact
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1, across discovery, launch, and iteration
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align other product teams and stakeholders, and articulate product vision
• A multidisciplinary approach, combining business, technical, and market insights to identify opportunities and make smart tradeoffs
• Customer-first thinking, with a deep curiosity about the upmarket problem space and how to solve them
• A deep respect for the expertise and insights of their collaborators, including engineering, design, UX research, analytics, and others
• A passion for growing healthy teams and leaders, cultivating psychological safety, and facilitating tough conversations that help people grow
• Adaptability and decisiveness in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

• Create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product area as a critical member of the Product Triad - our system for building product collaboratively and strategically
• Drive alignment, set goals, build understanding and motivate others, including cross-functional partners across the company
• Guide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launch
• Understand our customers and their journey through the product by engaging with them directly and often
• Use data to identify opportunities to improve our customers’ experience, devise strategy to execute your ideas, and partner with business stakeholders across HubSpot to make solutions that help our customers grow
• Use AI in your day to day and build products with an AI/automation first perspective
• Use AI in both your day to day and the product you build
• Create and advance an ambitious product strategy that’s driven by customer needs, business goals, powerful data, and global market indicators
• Partner closely with colleagues in UX and Engineering to create a high-value product that’s both powerful and easy to use
• Use your voice, share your perspective, and have a real impact based on your point of view
