  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex problems into actionable strategies
  • Hands-on experience with user research, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
  • Understanding of blockchain technology / tokens

Responsibilities

  • Define, articulate, and execute a clear product vision and strategy in line with our company's goals and objectives
  • Prioritize features and improvements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
  • Directly manage and work alongside the engineering team, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of high-quality software products
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, monitoring, and iteration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure product-market fit and holistic success
  • Lead user research initiatives and incorporate feedback to iterate and improve the product
  • Provide input on architectural and technological decisions, balancing long-term vision with short-term constraints
  • Monitor and report on product performance metrics, utilizing data to inform decisions and iterations
