Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join dLocal, a global payments company, and help drive the rollout of an ERP system across 70+ entities in 40+ countries. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, analyze business processes, and develop solutions to automate processes and improve information flow. This role requires close collaboration with engineering teams, defining product strategy, and ensuring solutions meet customer needs. Requirements

• 5+ years experience working as a Product or Project manager
• Proven ability to deliver on ERP integrations or BPA projects including external ERP systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship
• Located in Argentina, Brazil, Spain or Uruguay

Responsibilities

• Help drive the rollout of an ERP system across more than 70 entities in over 40 different countries
• Work with multiple internal stakeholders to analyze treasury, accounting and operational business processes, and develop products and solutions to help automate processes and drive information flows to the ERP
• Work closely with a team of skilled engineers and define strategy and roadmap for the platform, evangelizing to the development teams and broader organization
• Work closely with other product teams to ensure the solutions developed can meet our customer needs
• Execute a vision, ensuring every item on the roadmap provides the desired outcome for our organization, our customers and the business
• Analyze and use data to make informed decisions
• Do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, no matter how big or small the issue may be
• Work with people from all around the globe
• Lead and inspire other team members of the Product team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SAP integration projects
• Creative product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, marketing, legal, finance or sales
• Proven track record of developing product delivery teams, while effectively overseeing the work of large groups of engineers
• Experience in the payments or financial industry
