Senior Product Manager

Summary

As a leader in software intelligence, we're looking for someone with hands-on SRE experience to collaborate with technical teams, lead the SRE roadmap, and ensure internal adoption of our product.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ hands-on SRE experience in a SaaS environment
• 3+ years of experience leading a SRE team or a product owner/product management experience in an agile software product environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear strategy for our SRE initiatives
• Set and track reliability goals by establishing Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs)
• Collaborate with Technical Teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead the SRE Roadmap by creating, driving, and maintaining it with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope
• Internal Adoption: Coordinate the internal usage of the Dynatrace product, providing feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement
• Reliability Transparency: Offer clear visibility into system reliability to customers and internal stakeholders through health insights, SLA reporting, and incident response
