Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree and 6+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience
• You have led growth initiatives for a minimum of 5 years with a focus on growing SaaS businesses

Responsibilities

• Drive a critical product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on growth
• Build and prioritize a strong, creative backlog of ideas focused on specific customer segments and improving their end-to-end user experience
• Lead and guide product direction for a cross-functional team of engineering, success, marketing, sales, and platform partners
• Be the voice of the customer and help provide context, empathy and rationale behind customer needs
• Communicate clearly with leadership stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
• Make data-informed decisions. Know how you’re measuring success before starting any project

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the shipping industry. Post-shipping software knowledge is a big advantage
