Senior Product Manager

Summary

The job is for a Technical Product Manager with 6+ years of experience in CIAM programs, who will own the customer authentication and sign-up experience at Eventbrite. The role requires expertise in identity management, multifactor authentication, identity proofing, threat detection, and data-driven decision making. Bonus points are given for a work history that includes engineering roles or personal experience with Eventbrite's product.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in technical product management
• Experience designing, building, and managing customer identity and access management (CIAM) programs
• Proven experience integrating and governing identity-as-a-service providers such as Okta or Auth0
• Strong knowledge of best practices in the areas of multifactor, adaptive, and passwordless authentication, identity proofing and verification, and account-related threat detection and mitigation

Responsibilities

End to end ownership of the customer authentication and sign-up experience for millions of Eventbrite creators and attendees

Preferred Qualifications

• A work history that includes some time in engineering roles
• Experience using Eventbrite’s product as a creator and/or attendee
