Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analyses to identify and prioritize customer needs and product opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a value proposition for the platform that aligns with business goals and customer expectations
  • Regularly assess the financial impact of product features and initiatives, calculating ROI to guide strategic decisions and prioritize development efforts
  • Utilize data-driven insights to justify product decisions and improve platform value
  • Serve as a thought leader in the company, contributing insights on trends, best practices, and future directions of software development
  • Promote a product-centric culture within the organization, educating and mentoring team members on the importance of a strategic, customer-focused approach to product development
  • Speak at industry conferences, write articles, and engage with professional networks to advocate for the platform and the value it delivers
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams comprising engineering, design, marketing, GTM, Delivery, Compliance, and Customer Support to ensure cohesive product strategies and execution
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficient workflow among team members
  • Set clear goals and metrics that align with the companyโ€™s objectives and drive team performance towards achieving these targets
  • Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the product that aligns with the companyโ€™s long-term goals
  • Create comprehensive roadmaps to guide the development of new features and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and market relevance
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring that all products meet the high standards of quality, usability, and performance
  • Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and align expectations with the productโ€™s direction
  • Communicate product strategies and decisions across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Negotiate and influence effectively to ensure resources are allocated appropriately to support product priorities
  • Assume full responsibility for the productโ€™s success, actively seeking feedback and making adjustments to strategy as needed
  • Lead efforts to refine and improve the product management process, embracing best practices and innovative approaches to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Champion continuous learning and improvement within the product team, encouraging experimentation and learning from failures
