Requirements

  • 3+ years of consumer facing mobile app Product Management experience
  • Comfortable in a start-up environment and/or successfully launched 0-1 products end-to-end
  • Proven track record of providing impactful product solutions and making data-driven decisions in the form of business performance outcomes
  • Deeply familiar with event tracking, experimentation frameworks and how to appropriately assign the right-sized methodology to the lifecycle stage of the product
  • Close working experience and collaboration with the following roles: Front End Engineers, Back End Engineer, UX/UI Design, and Marketing
  • Ability to proactively think through complex problems and bring others along for the journey with concise communication and storytelling
  • Roadmap approach that is highly adaptable to the greater business context and leading indicators
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and plan to work full-time in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Uncover customer & process pain points
  • Test hypotheses
  • Translate insights into actionable product strategies and experiences that drive material business impact in the form of new paying members
  • Own your roadmap
  • Proactively share lessons learned with others
  • Work with a talented team of full stack engineering, design and analysts
  • Use data and experimentation to guide your decisions, balancing risk-taking with the need to deliver impactful results in short cycles
  • Think about the go to market application of your products, partnering with Marketing, PR and Member Success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the travel industry
  • Subscription experience
  • Proficiency with SQL
