Senior Product Manager

Summary

The job is for a Senior Product Manager, Customer Productivity at Motive, responsible for owning the product strategy, roadmap, and development of the Motive Card productivity suite. The role requires 4+ years of product management experience, high customer empathy, excellent interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset, and experience working with large complex platforms.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in product management with prior software development experience
• High customer empathy, with a desire to get in the shoes of our customers
• Previous product experience working on enterprise platforms with B2B products
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with different personality types and seniority levels
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and continuously improve the product
• Experience working with large complex platforms which require customization to serve the needs of large enterprises

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy aligned with the overall product vision and business objectives by researching market trends, competitor capabilities and emerging technologies
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to prioritize integration features and enhancements
• Collaborate closely with partner teams to negotiate terms, coordinate technical requirements, and ensure successful delivery of features
• Conduct testing and quality assurance of new capabilities ensuring they meet performance, security, and usability standards
• Monitor performance, track KPIs, and continuously optimize the product based on user feedback and metrics
• Provide support and training to internal teams, including sales, customer support, and other relevant departments, regarding the functionality and benefits of the productivity suite of features
