• Drive the roadmap for guiding small and mid-sized businesses on optimally offering benefits specific to their firmographics, employee needs and budget across the country, and the globe
• Build a vision for how Gusto invests in benefits for the long-term and business cases for expanding our benefits offerings and new teams in support of that vision

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus points for insurance industry experience or experience in a regulated industry (e.g., fintech, property-tech, etc.)

Benefits

Cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $144,000 to $178,000 in Denver & most major metro locations, and $186,000 to $230,000 for San Francisco, New York, & Seattle. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above
