Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of designing complex billing solutions
  • Strong understanding of billing automation technologies and financial regulations affecting product design
  • Proven ability to drive large-scale, cross-functional projects from concept to execution
  • Data-driven mindset, using metrics, customer feedback, and business insights to inform strategy
  • Technical fluency—comfortable collaborating with engineering and translating technical trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills to align teams across growth, marketing, finance, and business intelligence
  • Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach, ensuring products deliver real value to end-users

Responsibilities

  • Own the billing and subscription lifecycle strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through billing innovations and automation
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, finance, and operations to enhance billing infrastructure
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps for cross-functional teams
  • Lead end-to-end product development, driving execution and delivering impactful solutions

Benefits

  • Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $153,000 to $191,000/yr in Denver & most major metro locations, and $186,000 to $230,000/yr for San Francisco, New York, & Seattle
  • We have offices in Denver, San Francisco, and New York and have remote team members across the US and Canada
  • Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role)
