Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Halcyon, a leading anti-ransomware company, as a Senior Product Manager. You will be instrumental in shaping and expanding our platform, driving key product initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software. You will define and manage feature prioritization, gather customer requirements, and work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise software
• Ability to clearly articulate product value, strategy, and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Passion for solving customer problems, with direct experience in customer engagement and feedback loops
• Strong technical background with a proven track record of empowering engineering teams to drive successful product development
• Proven ability to influence product vision cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to drive product success
• Data-driven decision-making skills, with experience analyzing user behavior, competitive intelligence, and market trends
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong bias for action and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Halcyon’s mission and market needs
• Define and manage feature prioritization, balancing customer needs, market trends, and business objectives
• Gather and translate customer and business requirements into clear use cases, user stories, and product specifications
• Work closely with Halcyon founders, engineering, support, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product growth, execution, and leadership
• Engage with customers, prospects, and industry analysts to gather valuable insights that enhances the product value
• Bridge customer business requirements with emerging threat landscape trends, translating business goals and customer needs into actionable use cases, user stories, and product requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP) products, demonstrating understanding of the endpoint security landscape
