Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Hostaway, a leading SaaS company in the vacation rental industry, as a Senior Product Manager for our Mobile App. You will define and execute the product strategy for our mobile app, ensuring it meets the needs of property managers, owners, and cleaners. This fully remote role (EMEA region only) involves collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver a seamless mobile experience. You will conduct user research, manage the product backlog, and track key performance indicators. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on mobile applications
• Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on mobile products
• Proven leadership in managing cross-domain mobile products, from ideation to launch
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Experience working with remote teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and champion a product vision and roadmap for the Hostaway Mobile App that aligns with the overall company strategy and product goals
• Conduct thorough customer research and analysis to deeply understand the needs and pain points of our users, translating those insights into product requirements and user stories
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly mobile experiences
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and usage of the mobile app and identify areas for improvement
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in mobile product management and the vacation rental industry
