Summary

The job is for a Senior Product Manager at Invisible, a fast-growing AI company. The role involves leading a team to improve the Agent Experience within their Marketplace and reporting to the Group Product Manager for Marketplace. The candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in tech product management within a marketplace setting or hyper growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep empathy and an understanding of our current marketplace and the agent journey within it; talk with our agents and internal stakeholders
• Prioritize using quantitative and qualitative data, and align with stakeholders on the most important problems to solve and how to solve them
• Lead engineers and designers to spec out and execute on impactful solutions
• Measure outcomes using key metrics and gather user feedback post-launch
• Lead quarterly planning and team ceremonies (sprint planning, standup, etc.) for your area
• Communicate your vision, roadmap, and impact to leadership and the business
