Requirements
- 7+ years product management experience for digital software applications
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of product management best practices
- Strong understanding of UX research and design processes
- Experience with driving analytics and business intelligence to inform product strategy
- Strong system analysis, analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective presentation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates initiative; results oriented; strong sense of urgency
- 2+ years experience working in the healthcare or similarly regulated industry
- BA/BS in science or technical field
Responsibilities
- Own product area roadmap, communicating to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Collect voice of customer and internal stakeholder feedback to understand unmet needs and pain points
- Lead agile scrum team to scope, execute, and launch key software releases
- Work with engineering, design, and UX to deliver high quality features and user experience through iteration
- Define, analyze, and communicate analytics data and KPIs to monitor product performance and outcomes
- Ensure organizational readiness for all product updates and enhancements
- Willing to travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong expertise in clinical data insight generation, visualization, and presentation
- Clinical understanding of cardiac ECG data and rhythm interpretation
- Experience with requirements management applications (Jama, DOORS,β¦) and design control applications (MasterControl)
- Experience with Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, etc.), road mapping tools (Aha!) and data analytics tools (Tableau, Pendo, GA, SQL)
- Software development experience using scripting/OO language
