Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define, articulate, and build ongoing alignment around the product roadmap for Telehealth at Jane
• Develop and manage customer research initiatives to continually deepen your understanding of what matters most to customers when it comes to Telehealth
• Lead the convergence of our Telehealth offering into one streamlined platform
• Drive the ongoing evolution of our portfolio of Telehealth products and services (across both web and mobile), responding to customer needs and market trends
• Manage the performance of our Telehealth products to best-in-class standards, consistently looking for ways to improve the overall product, individual features, and granular performance metrics
• Co-own relationships with Telehealth vendors on behalf of Jane

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of WebRTC (web real-time communications) in the context of teleconferencing, and experience implementing and managing Telehealth applications in both browser and native app environments

Benefits

• Minimum annual salary of $117,100 and maximum annual salary of $182,000
