Summary

Join Jobscan, a fast-growing, customer-funded remote startup, as a Senior Product Manager in the Taipei area. You will play a key role in improving and expanding our B2C and B2B job search tools. Collaborate closely with various teams to understand market needs and create innovative products. This position offers the opportunity to build products at scale and contribute to the company's growth. You will work directly with the CEO and other key personnel to define and launch new products and features. The role requires significant experience in product management within consumer web startups and a strong understanding of UI/UX, data analysis, and agile development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in similar role from consumer web startups
  • Computer science or related degree
  • Proven ability to lead projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
  • Timeline and execution focused
  • Detailed-oriented and with a high bar for quality
  • Strong sense of UI/UX
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functionally
  • Strong data analysis skills in order to improve product metrics
  • Agile development experience
  • Experience working and communicating with senior management

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to define new products, features, and enhancements from inception to delivery
  • Optimize existing product funnels to drive conversion rates
  • Design mockups and prototypes to clearly illustrate how websites look and function
  • Illustrate design ideas using wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, prototypes, etc
  • Gather user feedback quantitatively and qualitatively for product decisions
  • Partner with marketing on analytics including CRO, usability metrics, explicit feedback, funnel analytics and A/B testing
  • Stay knowledgeable of market trends and competition, identifying and surfacing meaningful gaps
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to align on launch planning and product marketing needs

  • Experience in the job tech space
