Product Manager

Summary

Join Juro, a legal tech company aiming to become the leading platform for contract management globally, as a Product Manager. This role combines hands-on product design with team leadership, requiring you to lead a team of four, collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, and shape the future of design at Juro. You will be responsible for tackling core UX challenges, shaping the design system, and defining how AI delivers value to customers. The ideal candidate will have a legal background, experience in B2B SaaS, and a strong understanding of data-driven decision making. Requirements

• A strong sense of ownership and accountability, and a results mindset (Strive To Deliver)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Keep It Simple)
• You have a legal background - ideally in legal tech, or a background in a in-house legal team or legal practice
• You have 1–2+ years’ experience* as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, but we care more about your legal background and ability to learn fast
• You’ve used domain expertise to shape product strategy and build features that resonate with a specific user base
• You’re comfortable using data to inform decisions and prioritise what really moves the needle

• You’ve never worked in legal or legal tech - we need someone who understands how legal teams think and work
• You’ve only worked in big, structured orgs - we move fast and thrive on ambiguity
• You haven’t worked closely with product and engineering teams - we’re a fast-paced SaaS company where cross-functional collaboration is key
