Summary
Join Knak's Product Team as a Senior Product Manager, reporting to the Director of Product Management. Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics partners to execute the team's roadmap. Drive product discovery, gather customer feedback, test, iterate, and learn to ensure market success. Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Shape product direction, influence strategy, and establish practices to meet customer needs. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of launching successful products, particularly in SaaS or MarTech.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Demonstrated experience working on a SaaS product or in the MarTech space
- Experience using AI in discovery+delivery, and/or experience shipping AI products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Proven track record delivering tangible business outcomes
- Experience working with data analytics to understand product usage, identify opportunities, and design experiments that allow you to measure your products performance
Responsibilities
- Work with your engineering, design, and analytics partners to plan and execute on your team's roadmap
- Drive execution from start to finish, while collaborating with key stakeholders across the company
- Derive insights from qualitative and quantitative data about customers, competitors, analysts, and commercial activities to validate hypotheses, set KPIs, and inform your decisions
- Perform product discovery, talk to customers, test, iterate and learn as you stay connected to market feedback to adjust for success
- Help shape the direction, influence product strategy, and establish practices to address customer needs
- Determine features, write product and technical specs, organize user studies, manage the backlog
- Be an expert with respect to the competition and market landscape
- Work with marketing, sales and business partners to take your solutions to market, helping ensure thereβs clarity on market impacting value and help drive success
