Senior Product Manager

Join Landbot, a leading No-Code Chatbot Builder, as a Parental Leave Substitute Senior Product Manager starting January 2025. Requirements

• A proven track record of 4+ years working in a B2B SaaS company
• Highly creative and skilled at solving complex problems balancing user experience, engineering, and business needs
• Solid experience collaborating with engineers and product designers in product trio setups
• Strong ability to build a business case and rally support to execute it
• Expertise in combining qualitative and quantitative analysis during discovery processes
• A proactive team player, removes bottlenecks and makes collaboration seamless
• Experience with AI, checkout & invoicing processes, and GTM strategies to prove Product Market Fit
• Legality to work in Spain
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

• Define a clear and strong North Star, aligning key stakeholders with your vision
• Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results
• Leading a cross-functional team to ensure alignment, execution, and successful product outcomes
• Refining and planning solutions
• Driving maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy
• Anticipating risks, making tradeoffs and balancing the business needs, customer needs, versus technical or operational constraints
• Researching and validating ideas
• Defining delivery scope
• Ensuring quality and testing
• Iterating on solutions

• Experience with messaging, no-code, or AI products
