Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Have 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on product marketing
  • Possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with Agile development teams
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Native/C2 level or above)
  • Have the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Be detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and precision
  • Be comfortable working with multiple teams, including in-house and remote teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps, outlining strategic vision, key milestones, and timelines
  • Conduct market research and analyze user needs to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark products and identify areas for differentiation and innovation
  • Leverage industry trends and customer feedback to refine product strategies, and optimize go-to-market approaches, aligned with market demand, and business objectives
  • Establish a feedback loop between customers and product development teams to ensure continuous improvement
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization
  • Define and communicate clear product requirements to development teams, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience and ensure product usability
  • Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to optimize functionality and engagement
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, leveraging insights to drive data-informed decisions
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution
  • Partner with customer support teams to address product-related inquiries and improve customer satisfaction
  • Engage with key customers to gather insights, identify pain points, and refine product offerings
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and retention
  • Create compelling product messaging that highlights unique value propositions and resonates with target audiences
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent product positioning and market communication
  • Prepare and distribute clear and comprehensive release notes for product updates and enhancements
  • Lead internal and external product communications, keeping stakeholders informed about new features and developments
  • Utilize various channels such as newsletters, blog posts, webinars, and social media to disseminate product information effectively
  • Be a thought leader and product advocate in industry events and conferences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have professional Spanish (C2 level or above)
  • Hold a Scrum Alliance CSM or PMI's Agile Certified Professional certification
  • Have experience as part of an Agile development team
  • Be located in BogotΓ‘
