Summary

Join Lob, a venture-backed company revolutionizing postal mail, as a Senior Product Manager, Martech. Your mission is to understand marketers' needs, conduct product experiments, and build a user-friendly experience for print. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating with engineers, designers, and data scientists. This role requires deep expertise in marketing technology and a passion for omnichannel marketing. You will leverage AI for direct mail execution and partner with various teams to launch features and gather feedback. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product experience in marketing technology and strong analytical skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product experience, with a strong background in marketing technology, CRM integrations, or attribution modeling
  • Strong analytical aptitude, and a sense for how to intuitively display data to internal teams and customers
  • A curious soul, motivated by solving complex problems
  • Superb written and verbal communication
  • Deep understanding of marketing teamsโ€™ goals, testing processes, terminology, and ecosystem
  • Experience developing B2B SaaS products

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Lobโ€™s Enterprise marketer workflow, inspiring users to test variants for optimal impact and grow their mail program over time
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and data scientists to build intuitive, high-impact features that integrate with marketing tech stacks and CRMs
  • Develop tools that enable marketers to easily personalize mail creative, segment audiences, and automate drip campaigns
  • Leverage AI for Direct Mail execution, from creative proofing to audience expansion
  • Touchbase with customers, conduct user research, and analyze data to deeply understand marketer pain points and ensure our solutions drive measurable value
  • Partner with customer success and sales teams to launch new features, gather feedback, and continuously refine our offerings
  • Partner with our own marketing team to dogfood the product and drive awareness
  • Build A/B and Holdout testing flows into the product to help marketers gauge initial success with the channel, and determine investment
  • Develop no-code pathways for marketers to easily receive Lob data in their CRM, and analyze multi-touch attribution / incremental lift of mail on conversion
  • Explore how Lobโ€™s engagement CTAโ€™s, delivery data, and site visitor Pixel can combine to create a comprehensive view of campaign performance
  • Determine future investments in integrations that will enable marketers to trigger mail to audience segments in their system, set suppression criteria, and measure the impact of drip campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in direct mail marketing
  • Familiarity with AI applications in marketing automation, and are adept at leveraging the latest AI tools to drive efficiency within the Product discipline
  • Previous experience integrating marketing tools with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo
