Summary
Join Mark43 as a dynamic Senior Product Manager and lead the charge in shaping our product landscape. You will be responsible for platform-level product functionality, working closely with engineering and design teams to execute the strategic roadmap. This role demands collaboration with stakeholders, gathering requirements, establishing success metrics, and ensuring solutions meet expectations. You will need 4-7 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or product leader, preferably with enterprise SaaS experience and demonstrated experience in platform-level product functionality. Requirements
- 4-7 years working experience as a Senior Product Manager or product leader
- Demonstrated experience working on platform-level product functionality
- Business, design, and tech acumen to have productive discussions with sales team members, designers, and engineers
- Strong story-telling skills to garner enthusiasm from internal and external stakeholders of the products you work on
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to utilize communication skills to channel the points of view of a wide range of stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Work with engineering and design teams to execute the strategic roadmap for the technical platform
- Iterate on an existing platform features to drive product functionality and performance
- Contribute to and revise the platform product backlog based on customer and market insights
- Collect requirements, establish success metrics, collaborate with design, and work towards execution for the feature sets you own
- Work with stakeholders (customers, internal subject matter experts, vendors, technical resources, etc.) to craft and revise requirements to guide design and engineering
- Ensure delivered solutions meet stakeholder expectations
- Provide product expertise to internal teams like sales, support and professional services
- Clearly communicate problem statements and lead ideation sessions with stakeholders
- Monitor metrics to help you make data driven product decisions
- Further immerse yourself in the end-user experience via customer facing activities, such as solution refinement, show-and-tells, ride-along opportunities and communications center site visits
Preferred Qualifications
- Enterprise SaaS experience
- GIS and experience working with ERSI
