Join PrimeRx as a Senior Product Manager and lead the strategic roadmap for PrimeRx MARKET, a B2B pharmaceutical marketplace. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in e-commerce or digital marketplaces, strong analytical skills, and proven success in scaling online marketplaces. Travel is required for in-person meetings and industry conferences. The position offers a competitive salary and a remote work environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in e-commerce or digital marketplaces (B2B or B2C)
- Demonstrated success in scaling online marketplaces, driving buyer adoption, supplier engagement, and transaction volume
- Experience leading iterative product development, incorporating feedback loops and phased rollouts
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools
- Expertise in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and customer behavior analytics
- Understanding of pricing intelligence, marketplace liquidity, and supply chain dynamics
- Experience using product analytics tools (Pendo, Mixpanel, FullStory) to evaluate user behavior
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to refine the product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic goals
- Own the quarterly planning process, ensuring roadmap priorities align with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives
- Gather feedback from customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive impactful product enhancements
- Conduct usability studies and analyze behavioral data to improve user engagement and identify areas for optimization
- Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy
- Drive end-to-end product execution, ensuring timely, high-quality feature releases
- Partner with engineering, UX, sales, and marketing to align feature development with business objectives, ensuring smooth adoption
- Establish KPIs and track product performance, adoption, and business impact
- Define and manage A/B testing, pilot programs, and phased rollouts to validate improvements
- Improve the buyer experience through streamlined ordering, license verification, self-service tools, and payment workflows
- Enable EDI integration with wholesalers, allowing buyers to compare and complete transactions across all suppliers
- Empower buyers with competitive transparency, surfacing real-time pricing, availability, and purchasing insights across primary and secondary suppliers to facilitate cost-effective decision-making
- Optimize search, categorization, and discovery to enhance transaction efficiency
- Implement dynamic pricing, data-driven promotions, and supply-demand analytics to drive buyer engagement
- Proactively enable supplier adoption of marketplace tools (API/EDI integrations, inventory automation, enhanced product visibility) to enhance competition and optimize value for buyers
- Support GTM strategies, collaborating with sales and marketing to drive adoption and user education
- Leverage real-time purchasing insights, behavioral analytics, and predictive modeling to guide feature enhancements
- Develop AI-powered purchasing recommendations that incorporate contract terms, rebates, dynamic pricing, and supplier performance insights to help pharmacies maximize cost savings while optimizing purchasing efficiency
- Utilize competitive intelligence, automated pricing, and analytics to enhance buyer decision-making
- Continuously monitor and adapt to regulatory changes, market conditions, and emerging digital commerce trends
- Work with finance, operations, and BI teams to evaluate the financial impact of product enhancements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the pharmacy industry, including knowledge of GPOs, pharmacy purchasing processes, and supplier negotiations, is highly preferred
- Experience with API and EDI integrations, marketplace automation, and inventory management
- Experience in procurement optimization, order management, or marketplace-driven payment processing solutions
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketplace recommendations, predictive analytics, and real-time pricing strategies
