Remote Senior Product Manager

Summary

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B ecommerce
• Passionate about e-commerce and AI
• Familiar with Seller management
• Familiar with an agile development method (SCRUM, Kanban...)
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make decisions and assume ownership of ideas backed by facts and analysis rather than assumptions
• Organized and attentive to details
• Knowledge of good UX/UI practices
• Comfortable with data analysis (database, BI tools...)
• Specified integrations via batch and API
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Design new features and evolutions of Mirakl Connect
• Manage, maintain and prioritize the functional backlog for a development squad of developers
• Ensure that the squad is working efficiently on the highest priority topics without spreading themselves too thin and delivering value incrementally
• Perform and maintain market and product analysis
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to imagine new intelligent features and integrate them into the product where relevant
• Work closely with all Mirakl stakeholders (Sales, Support, Customer Success...) to ensure that you and the squad are driving the company’s short, medium and long term goals
• Collaborate with the Product Design team to design new features or enhance existing ones in the most efficient and simple way possible
• Collaborate with the engineering manager to evaluate the technical impacts of the backlog stories
• Collaborate with developers, quality analysts and technical writers throughout the life cycle of each user story

Preferred Qualifications

Experience on feed management or multichannel management systems
