Senior Product Manager

Requirements

• Bachelors in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Validated experience in the development of robust product requirement documentation for highly performing applications or backend systems
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Prior experience leading and influencing remote engineering teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work and influence cross functional teams; effective at building rapport with key stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Flexible, and agile; willingness to tackle any type of challenge; highly motivated to roll up sleeves and get work done while also thinking strategically

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute a comprehensive strategy for the company’s order management system, aligning with business objectives
• Create and maintain a roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that enhance the handling of clinical orders
• Partner with engineering teams, product managers, architects and other stakeholders to ensure cross-alignment and successful delivery of product initiatives
• Drive projects from inception and discovery to delivery and post-launch support
• Manage the backlog of requests and features and prioritize it accordingly
• Accountable for high quality, solid documentation of functional and technical requirements, KPIs, success metrics
• Participate / Facilitate scrum ceremonies and help define technical solutions with on-shore and off-shore scrum teams
• Analyze relevant data to drive decision-making and inform future roadmaps
• Establish key processes to increase team velocity
• Partner with QA teams to align on quality benchmarks
