Summary
Join Natera's Oncology business unit as a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of provider and patient experiences. This role focuses on driving the roadmap, execution, and strategy for new products, capabilities, and improvements across the oncology product ecosystem, including MRD assessment, treatment response monitoring, genomic profiling, and hereditary testing. You will collaborate closely with commercial product, platform/technical product, sales, clinical product, and customer support teams to enhance digital and physical touchpoints, improve provider experience, and deliver better outcomes for cancer patients. This position involves prioritizing team efforts, guiding them towards delivering a superior provider experience, and being hands-on across a range of experiences, from driving feature improvements in portals to creating collateral. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital product management; previous experience in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from idea to launch across product, engineering, design, and business teams
- Strong product and UX judgment β skilled at identifying high-impact improvements, prioritizing ruthlessly, and balancing short- and long-term goals
- Familiarity with AI tools (ex. Cursor, LLMs, agents, prototyping tools) and a mindset for using technology to accelerate product development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Flexible, and agile; willingness to tackle any type of challenge; highly motivated to roll up sleeves and get work done while also thinking strategically
Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy, roadmapping, and requirements definition for multiple products across digital and physical experiences for Nateraβs Oncology business unit
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to support the development of new products, programs, and services for providers and patients
- Deliver new experiences for our users that are seamless; youβll be creating and improving products, tooling, processes, and anything else related to supporting our Oncology goals
- Lead cross functional initiatives across UX research, improving provider and patient experience, expanding into new markets, and more
