Senior Product Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ Years of experience working in Product Management
• 5+ Years of experience delivering product
• 3+ Years of experience managing Monday, Jira, Click up, or another management tool
• 3+ Years of experience prioritizing complex roadmaps and backlogs focused on business outcomes
• 3+ Years of experience working in strategy definition
• 3+ Years of experience working with SQL
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish
• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and roadmap for AI and automation initiatives within the company
• Identify opportunities for process automation and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and operations, to develop and deploy AI and automation tools
• Lead the integration of AI and automation technologies with existing systems and processes
• Analyze and use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve AI and automation solutions
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation technologies
• Ensure that AI and automation solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Work closely with other product teams to ensure that AI and automation solutions meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders
• Lead discovery sessions with business teams, to identify new opportunities
• Lead the design of solutions, working with business teams to bring the details down to earth
• Write detailed specifications, track implementation, and follow up with stakeholders and developers

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ Years of experience working leading Go-to-market products
• 2+ Years of experience working with AI and automation technologies
• 2+ Years of experience working in Market research and Data Analysis
• 2+ Years of leading and supporting UX experience
• 1+ Years of experience working in startup/scale up
• 1+ Years of experience working in the Payment ecosystem
