Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 5 years experience in Product Management at a software company
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution anywhere in the world

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of your product, customers, user personas, and their respective pain points to drive product development
  • Independently develop and refresh the long-term vision and strategy for your product, ensuring alignment with leadership on strategic objectives and economic viability
  • Build and maintain an outcome-focused product roadmap leveraging customer insights, data analysis, business objectives, stakeholder input, and market research
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve business processes, product development methodologies, and team workflows
  • Lead the discovery and implementation of innovative solutions to customer challenges through ideation, prototype development, testing (user and A/B), and analysis
  • Frequently leverage data analytics and insights to inform decision-making and drive product improvements and optimizations
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering to translate requirements into functional specifications, ensuring a balance between technical and customer-centric priorities
  • Develop and foster direct, ongoing relationships with customers to gain unencumbered access to insights and drive solution adoption
  • Identify and present opportunities to invest in and monetize solutions for customer problems, developing coherent business cases for executive alignment
  • Manage, mentor, and support the career growth of a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager as needed
  • Provide frequent stakeholder updates on product development progress, ensuring regular feedback is sought and addressed to drive continuous improvement
