Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Omada Health as a Senior Product Manager for Member and Care Team Experiences and lead advanced discovery, shaping strategic initiatives supporting Omada’s long-term program vision. You will operate between product squads, identifying gaps and opportunities, and advocating for solutions. Directly support the Senior Director, Product in high-impact projects. This dynamic role offers exposure to various business aspects and collaboration with other product managers. You will chart a course for Omada's long-term vision, create roadmaps for new member experiences, cultivate an innovative environment, mentor other PMs, and establish best practices for tracking progress. Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 10+ years of a combination of market and/or product strategy, product management, general management, software development, consulting, product or business operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• Passionate about building experiences that people love to use
• Able to think beyond constraints to imagine new ways to engage members
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical understanding
• History of consistently delivering results against target metrics
• At home in ambiguous or green field opportunity spaces, with a track record of successfully bringing 0-1 products to market
• Adept at solving problems with limited resources, and proactively advocating for whatever it is you need to succeed
• Strong writer and clear communicator
• Collaborative, and able to drive alignment in a group of stakeholders
• Driven by first principles thinking, you are a great listener and ask thoughtful questions
• Comfortable analyzing data and leading research/discovery efforts to understand a problem space, identify opportunities, and propose solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead advance discovery and help to shape upcoming strategic initiatives in support of Omada’s long term program vision
• Operate between product squads, identifying gaps and opportunities, and advocating for the problems we should be solving
• Directly support the Senior Director, Product in high impact special projects
• Partner closely with other product managers on the team to build innovative programs and tools
• Chart a course to bring elements of Omada’s long term vision to life, leveraging AI to expand the boundaries of virtual-first care
• Create and deliver on an ambitious roadmap for new types of Movement and Activity member experiences that exceed performance targets for engagement, clinical outcomes, and care team productivity
• Cultivate an innovative environment that challenges your cross-functional peers to think in new ways
• Mentor and support other PMs on the team to hone their product management skills
• Establish best practices for proactively tracking progress against corporate and team objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Human-centered product development and Continuous Discovery experience
• Experience leveraging AI/ML to personalize products and build efficient workflows
• Prior experience at a healthcare company
