Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Omada Health as a Senior Product Manager for Enterprise Solutions and lead advanced discovery, shaping strategic customer partnerships to expand into the payer, PBM, and provider ecosystem. You will bridge product squads and commercial teams, identifying opportunities and advocating for solutions. Directly support the Senior Director, Product in high-impact projects. This dynamic role offers exposure to various business aspects and collaboration with other product managers to build innovative programs and tools. You will partner with the commercial organization to identify high-impact partnership opportunities and shape necessary integrations or product support. Expand partnerships with PBMs and health insurers, explore new verticals like provider partnerships, cultivate an innovative environment, mentor other PMs, and establish best practices for tracking progress.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 10+ years of a combination of market and/or product strategy, product management, general management, software development, consulting, product or business operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• Passionate about building experiences that people love to use
• Able to think beyond constraints to imagine new ways to enroll and engage members
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical understanding
• At home in ambiguous or green field opportunity spaces, with a track record of successfully bringing 0-1 products to market
• Adept at solving problems with limited resources, and proactively advocating for whatever it is you need to succeed
• Strong writer and clear communicator
• Collaborative, and able to drive alignment in a group of stakeholders
• Comfortable analyzing data and leading research/discovery efforts to understand a problem space, identify opportunities, and propose solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced discovery and help to shape strategic customer partnerships in support of Omada’s expansion into the payer, PBM and Provider ecosystem
• Operate between product squads and commercial teams, identifying gaps and opportunities, and advocating for the problems we should be solving with customers and potential partners
• Directly support the Senior Director, Product in high impact special projects
• Partner closely with our commercial organization to identify high impact partnership opportunities and shape the potential integration or product support the opportunity will require
• Expand our partnership with PBMs and health insurers by making Omada the first choice in their portfolio for virtual-first care
• Explore new verticals for Omada, like Provider partnerships as potential avenues for enrollments and member engagement
• Cultivate an innovative environment that challenges your cross-functional peers to think in new ways
• Mentor and support other PMs on the team to hone their product management skills
• Establish best practices for proactively tracking progress against corporate and team objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Human-centered product development and Continuous Discovery experience
• Experience leveraging AI/ML to personalize products and build efficient workflows
• Prior experience at a healthcare company, especially in partnership with health insurers or PBMs
