Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in a product management role, in enterprise B2B software, healthcare IT, or AI/ML-driven products
- Experience at a growing startup or high-growth division with complex enterprise needs
- Exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, break down complex problems, and drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams
- Product leadership in both new product ideation and new market entries
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling multiple enterprise-grade products in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong technical acumenβyou can confidently communicate with engineers and understand product development with AI features
- Deep customer empathyβyou thrive on solving real-world challenges in healthcare and are passionate about improving clinical workflows

Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven radiology solutions, aligning them with business objectives and customer needs
- Drive end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of enterprise-grade software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to develop highly integrated workflow applications
- Engage directly with customers (radiologists, healthcare executives, and IT teams) to deeply understand their pain points and opportunities for innovation
- Define and measure success through data-driven KPIs, customer adoption, and business impact
- Champion AI-powered healthcare solutions, staying ahead of industry trends, regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), and competitive landscapes
- Partner with our Commercial team to ensure smooth adoption among enterprise customers with complex buying cycles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing complex, integrated workflow applications in healthcare and/or radiology settings (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- A degree and/or background in Computer Science or related technical field
