Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Roofr as a Senior Product Manager, Fintech and play a key role in building the most trusted roofing platform. You will manage the product lifecycle, define key performance metrics, gather customer insights, and collaborate with a dedicated product development team. This role requires experience in accounting or accounting-related software and 3+ years as a software product manager in a B2B SaaS environment. You should possess strong analytical, communication, and product design skills. Requirements

• Experience in accounting or accounting-related software
• 3+ years of experience as a software product manager, ideally in a high-velocity, B2B SaaS environment
• A demonstrated ability to break large problems down into smaller, testable hypotheses
• A strong intuition for product design and user experience
• Significant customer research, user testing, and/or product analytics experience and expertise
• Have a strong foundational understanding of basic accounting principles
• Have worked with 3rd party API driven integrations
• You are a clear communicator who can create simple explanations of complex concepts
• You are curious but skeptical, and don’t settle for the first explanation offered to you
• You’re a critical thinker who doesn’t settle for the status quo
• You’re obsessed with providing a world-class user experience
• You sweat the details

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product life cycle from discovery to delivery, with an emphasis on customer research, user testing, definition of acceptance criteria, acceptance testing, and analytics
• Define and analyze key performance metrics
• Regularly speak with customers to gain insight on their specific needs and build a product that can change the trajectory of their business
• Work as part of a dedicated product development team (consisting of you, a product design partner, and a team of software engineers) to build great software
• Support efficiency & velocity of product delivery by maintaining runway for the engineering team

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus points if you have experience with SQL, Segment, Amplitude and creating/maintaining event tracking schemas
