Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a MarTech-focused role
- Hands-on experience building or scaling martech stacks for high-growth subscription services
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation, landing page platforms and customer engagement tools
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets
- Ability to work with APIs and data integrations across martech platforms
- Understanding of analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital campaign tracking
- Familiarity with modern frameworks like CDPs and data pipelines
- Experience managing data governance and ensuring privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Strong technical literacy to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in change management, fostering a technology-friendly environment, and driving adoption of new tools and practices
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the martech product roadmap to align with marketing objectives
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools to enhance marketing capabilities
- Incorporate and manage experimentation tech, to enable partners to assess the effectiveness of various marketing strategies, allowing for data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to use technology to improve and personalize the customer journey
- Explore third-party data collection efforts, predictive analytics, and AI-based tools to generate deep customer insights and optimize the customer lifecycle
- Guide the team in applying best practices and maintaining compliance with data privacy and security regulations
- Work with the analytics team to understand performance, derive insights, and inform product roadmap
- Ensure a seamless interface between the MarTech platform and other technology tools within the organization for a cohesive technology ecosystem
- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve martech effectiveness
