Join Sinch Email as a Senior Product Manager of Integrations to contribute to the development, maintenance, and growth of marketplace offerings and technical integrations. You will coordinate with stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and manage product backlogs. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated Product Management success developing and managing products at scale within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience in Product-Led growth strategy
  • Experience in creating product plans, strategy, forecasts, business cases and budgeting
  • Working knowledge of the product development lifecycle, with proven experience in all phases including ideation, defining and communicating specifications, managing resources, leading cross-functional co-located and/or remote teams
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools, including using the data to analyze, report and make product decisions
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager/owner mentality
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize product backlog based on business impact and feasibility
  • Manage the Engineering backlog from requirements definition through short- and long-term prioritization of initiatives, epics, user stories and features; tracking each to successful release
  • Communicate product plans to and gain stakeholder support from executives, peers and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (eg, engineering, partner, marketing, sales and customer success) and across various channels to develop go-to-market strategies (eg, technical documentation, developer guides, integration tutorials)
  • Define and track success metrics using product usage, developer/community feedback, financial performance, and market trends
  • Engage with developer communities and external partners to gather feedback, foster adoption, and expand the integration ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in scaling developer ecosystems (eg, Cloudflare, Supabase, Vercel, Netlify) and marketplace integration (eg, GCP, AWS, Azure, Salesforce)
  • Extensive experience building and managing API-based products with a deep understanding of developer personas and their expectations for usability, documentation, and support
  • Experience in SaaS, CPaaS or UCaaS
