Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join SmarterDx as a Senior Product Manager to own, shape, and scale a new AI product, driving its commercial impact and industry adoption. You will research, define, and lead the evolution of this platform, deeply understanding user workflows and prioritizing initiatives for measurable business outcomes. Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and client success teams to scale the product. This fully remote US-based role reports to the Director of Product Strategy, offering autonomy while aligning with market trends and growth strategy. Requirements

• 2-3+ years of product management experience
• Experience working at an early-stage company or similarly fast-paced environment
• 2-3+ years of experience working within the healthtech space, ideally in RCM and/or B2B products
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and UX teams to drive product success
• Experience managing both external and internal (Customer Success, Implementations, etc.) stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of the SmarterDx user and buyer market
• Identify high priorities based on user needs and value
• Engage with customers to understand their workflow needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvements
• Write and standardize product and technical documentation and role-model strong project management practices
• Define, track, and report on key success metrics to measure product performance and adoption
• Develop a roadmap of product enhancements, features, and solutions to continue to innovate and evolve the product
• Lead cross functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers through the product development lifecycle from inception to launch of new features
• Communicate your strategic vision for the product to cross functional stakeholders, working closely with leadership to ensure alignment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a software engineer, data engineer, or equivalent
• Proficiency in SQL
