Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on systems and tools in healthcare, eligibility, or administration domains, with knowledge of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) systems is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and design to deliver high-impact solutions
• Experience managing complex systems integrations
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact for diverse audiences
• Proven ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

• Lead your Product area to drive the short and long term strategy to build delightful products catering to members and customers with a strong business value proposition in collaboration with our engineering team and stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds
• Collect, analyze and report on data, making adjustments to development plans as needed to land the outcomes and impact to meet our OKRs
• Understand the needs and represent the voice of the customer throughout the discovery and development process
• Responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users
• Lead PRDs by collaborating with internal teams (e.g., engineers, PgMs, UX) and other stakeholders (Support, Operations, Marketing, etc) during product discovery, design and development to implement the requirements to turn PRDs into OKRs for multiple teams
• Own, define and execute against your product roadmap
• Lead and harmonize processes to define, identify, collect, and track appropriate user, product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative for new or existing products or business ventures
• Drive and influence ongoing Product Management excellence within the organization
• Have nimbleness to validate hypotheses quickly to land MVP while having strategy for subsequent iterations by translating complex business needs into actionable user stories, maintaining alignment with business and technology drivers
