Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and user-centered design principles

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Specialty Care team to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and user needs
  • Lead and engage a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, subject matter experts, and data scientists to deliver high-impact products
  • Conduct and source comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and understand the evolving competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure products comply with regulatory standards and align with business goals
  • Cultivate a high-performing team, setting clear expectations, providing continual guidance and feedback, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, trust, accountability, and growth
  • Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and influence the product strategy and direction
  • Work with team members to build a portfolio of internal core competencies and best-in-class partnerships in a complex healthcare ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications

At least 2 years within the behavioral health, healthcare, or a related field
