Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Proven track record of delivering successful products, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and user-centered design principles
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Specialty Care team to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and user needs
- Lead and engage a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, subject matter experts, and data scientists to deliver high-impact products
- Conduct and source comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and understand the evolving competitive landscape
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure products comply with regulatory standards and align with business goals
- Cultivate a high-performing team, setting clear expectations, providing continual guidance and feedback, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, trust, accountability, and growth
- Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and influence the product strategy and direction
- Work with team members to build a portfolio of internal core competencies and best-in-class partnerships in a complex healthcare ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years within the behavioral health, healthcare, or a related field
