Senior Product Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, especially in creating and scaling product features for large user bases
• Experience in fast-paced, product-driven environments (healthcare experience not required)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
• Natural ability to make stuff happen around you through influence. You handle chaos, ambiguity, and complexity in a detailed and organized way

Responsibilities

• Drive product and feature development from start to finish on mobile user interface platforms
• Lead collaboration across engineering, design, and marketing teams while working with executives to develop and execute the product vision and roadmap
• Define and deliver on product and on team all the KPIs and goals
• Partner with Design to run user research, usability studies, data-driven experiments to develop deep customer empathy and inform product direction
• Consistently integrate behavior data and customer feedback into key product decisions
• Establish, monitor, and measure success metrics for your products
• Drive product initiatives that leverage an AI-first mindset and scale to millions of users
